Leadership training is fun. Really. No. REALLY.

I am as cynical as the next person about training programmes.... BUT I had the absolute best time, learned lots, made friends, and put a very springy spring in my step attending the Leadership Foundation training programme for aspiring Heads of School. There was much to be learned about working well with people that will make a difference to me, no matter what I choose to do next. A great experience all around, and it doesn't hurt that it was in beautiful, bustling London!
